How can you dislike it? Such power, this really speaks directly to my soul. It's just touching, as are all The Strokes's songs. "In many ways they'll miss the good old days, someday". "When we was young, oh man did we have fun" "It hurts to say, but I want you to stay" I just think its really great how this is the type of song that gets stuck in my head all day, yet it doesn't get annoying. Its pretty much the type of song that every strokes fan hopes for when an album is released. Their best song in my opinion, great lyrics, amazing tune and melody. I have pleasant memories attached to this song and its feel good vibes. But the song that got me into the Strokes is Someday.

They are the coolest band around today, hands down. That sort of attitude is what makes the Strokes my favourite band of the century. It embodies the supercool apathy atmosphere the Strokes are all about. Last Nite is critically regarded as their best song, and honestly I can see why. The melody will always be stuck in my head I've started listening to The Strokes 2 weeks ago and the more songs I listen the more I like this band. The guitar makes me feel so sad, I can't stop listening to it. Not stopped listening to them for a year now, my favourite band of all time! Absolute love for the Strokes It's a close thing for all of them, but in my opinion this is their best - I have been addicted to the Strokes ever since I heard this song back in 2010. LOVE it! Best song for driving your car on an empty highway! The rough old guitar, the rough old Julian, so much passion and still a new sound. but THAT#s the perfect strokes-sound to me. It is an interesting song since it has an upbeat and high energy groove that you can easily dance to, yet also has a melancholy feel to it lurking below the surface, especially in the way that Casablancas delivers the memorable vocal melody. The instruments all blend together extremely well, and there's plenty of tasteful guitar work. Probably the tightest track they've recorded. It's one of those songs that never get old! Julian sounds great! I can always turn to this song when I'm in a bad mood. This song is so great to listen to at any time. From the guitar in the beginning to Julian's voice, it fits in just about every part of The Strokes. It really gives off there mellow sounding tone to the song. It has to be by far the best Strokes song. When Julian starts singing, this song just explodes itself with probability to become even better. The intro to this song is unimaginable and unpredictable. I'm very torned between all of their hits but I've got to say, this song is very beautiful. It's very hard to compare all of their songs, it's a fact. Absolutely one of the best songs of the 21st century. With its hip hoppish sounding drums in the beginning, a mellow guitar and a deep bass sound to it, the chorus mixing together just sounds aesthetically pleasing, and it shifts towards the end of the song to a maximal climax.

By far the greatest song EVER made by the band, absolutely a masterpiece.
